Terms governing use of this website and enrollment in Integrix Health programs.

  • Nature of services. Integrix Health, LLC operates as a direct specialty care practice providing functional medicine and functional rehabilitation services. Services are educational, nutritional, lifestyle-based, and rehabilitative. No pharmaceutical prescribing is offered.
  • No insurance participation. The practice does not bill or participate with commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Itemized superbills are provided on request; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
  • Payment, refunds, and cancellation. Program fees, payment plan obligations, refund eligibility, missed-appointment policy, and the consequences of discontinued payment.
  • The DunedinPACE Promise — full terms. Definition of deceleration, the measurement method, adherence requirements, excluded third-party costs, and the duration and scope of the continued-service commitment.
  • Third-party laboratory services. Laboratory analysis is performed by independent third parties. Turnaround times, result accuracy, and specimen handling are governed by those laboratories' own terms.
  • Medical disclaimer and limitation of liability. No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this website; content is educational and not a substitute for medical care.
  • Telehealth consent. Consent for virtual delivery, state licensure limitations, and technology requirements.
  • Intellectual property. Ownership of site content, reports, protocols, and program materials.
  • Governing law and dispute resolution. Jurisdiction, venue, and any arbitration provision.
