The commitment covers continued clinical time and protocol revision; third-party laboratory, retest, and nutraceutical costs are excluded. It requires documented protocol adherence. No, and it is not intended to be. Integrix Health provides functional and rehabilitative care alongside your existing medical team. We do not manage acute disease, and we do not prescribe or adjust prescription medication — every recommendation in this program is nutritional, lifestyle-based, or rehabilitative. Keep your primary physician. We will happily provide your reports to them.
The diagnostic triad — 3x4 Genetics, the ZRT Stress & Cardiometabolic combo, and TruDiagnostic TruAge Complete — is included, as is the Day 150 retest suite and exposome gatekeeper panel if triggered. Nutraceuticals dispensed through Fullscript are purchased separately at dispensary pricing; budget roughly $120–$220 per 30-day phase depending on your protocol.
Roughly four hours of scheduled clinical time across six months, plus at-home collection. The daily commitment is three to five formulas and the dietary and sleep architecture we set in your action sheet. We deliberately cap the protocol size — a plan you follow at 90% beats a plan you abandon at week three.
No. The Flagship is delivered virtually and all collection is done at home. Local patients in Moorhead, Fargo, and West Fargo can additionally access in-person structural rehabilitation and CCEP extremity work, which is billed separately from this program.
